Event Experience Coordinator

Dora Sarchese Vineyard is searching for a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail and an unyielding passion for creating unforgettable experiences. As our Event Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to conceptualize and execute a variety of events within the vineyard premises, ranging from sports-oriented gatherings to unique entertainment affairs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and curating events, ensuring that each occasion captures the essence of enjoyment and relaxation. This role calls for an individual capable of crafting new and exciting experiences that align with our company's ethos of embracing the vibrant energy in the heart of Abruzzo.

Your Role:

Developing, organizing, and executing a diverse range of events, with a particular emphasis on integrating sports and entertainment elements.
Coordinating with external partners and vendors to enhance the quality of events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all participants.
Constructing detailed event plans, encompassing logistics, timelines, and on-site coordination.
Working collaboratively with the marketing team to promote events via various channels and platforms.

Your Profile:

Demonstrable experience in event management or coordination within the sports, entertainment, or leisure industry.
A creative mindset, with a flair for developing unique and engaging event concepts.
An organized and detail-oriented approach to event planning and execution.
Strong communication skills and the ability to forge effective relationships with stakeholders and partners.
