We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Environmental Agronomy Specialist to join the innovative and dynamic team at Sardinian Youth Environmental Network. As a specialist, you will contribute to the sustainable development of agricultural practices, focusing on environmental preservation and efficient resource management. Your role will involve working closely with local farmers, utilizing modern techniques and technology to enhance their agricultural productivity while respecting the delicate balance of the surrounding ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting research on sustainable farming practices and environmental impact
Providing guidance and support to local farmers on eco-friendly agricultural techniques
Developing and implementing strategies for soil conservation and water management
Collaborating with other team members to organize educational programs and workshops
Collecting and analyzing data to monitor the environmental impact of agricultural activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related field
Demonstrated knowledge of sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation
Experience in working with local communities and farmers is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
