Position Available: Technology Integration Specialist

The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES) is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking individual to join our esteemed team as a Technology Integration Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various industry stakeholders and internal teams to drive seamless technology integration and innovation within the heart of Singapore's Central Region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of emerging technologies to streamline operational processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute technology integration strategies
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in technological solutions
Provide guidance and support for technology adoption and change management initiatives
Engage in strategic partnerships and vendor management to ensure the latest technological advancements are leveraged
Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps and innovation initiatives
Assist in the creation of comprehensive documentation and training materials for technology implementations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in technology integration, preferably within a dynamic service-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to articulate and implement technology solutions that drive operational efficiency
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
Strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution
