We are currently seeking a Sustainability and Adventure Specialist to join our team. This role centers around promoting eco-friendly outdoor activities and sustainable practices, all while establishing responsible partnerships within the community.

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee eco-friendly adventure experiences that align with our environmental values.
Create and maintain partnerships with local organizations and businesses to promote sustainable outdoor activities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of environmental conservation initiatives within the sports and leisure industry.
Organize and lead educational experiences focused on environmental responsibility.
Assist in the marketing and promotion of sustainability-based adventures and events.
Conduct research on innovative methods to integrate sustainable practices into our offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
Experience in outdoor recreation, environmental education, or sustainability-focused positions.
Passion for promoting eco-friendly outdoor activities and sustainable living.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to initiate and maintain partnerships with local organizations and businesses.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
An affinity for the natural environment and a commitment to its preservation.
