Position Overview: As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing technical processes that drive efficiency and quality within our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role will involve troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining a high level of technical expertise to support Manufacturing-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in technical operations
Manage and prioritize technical issues and incidents to minimize production downtime
Develop and implement strategies to optimize technical processes and ensure quality standards are met
Contribute to the design and improvement of Manufacturing-related processes
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Provide technical expertise and support to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in a technical operations role within a production environment
Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving within a manufacturing setting
Strong understanding of production processes and their technical requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
