Position: Cultural Insights Analyst

Job Description:

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of cultural and consumer trends
Utilize statistical methodologies and data-driven insights to identify opportunities and threats within the skincare market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multicultural marketing strategies and campaigns
Provide strategic recommendations based on cultural insights for product development and brand positioning

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sociology, anthropology, psychology, or business)
Demonstrated experience in conducting cultural research and analyzing market trends
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and methodologies
Strong multicultural awareness and understanding of diverse consumer behaviors
Excellent communication and presentation skills
