Position: Innovation Insights Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a love for discovering market trends and consumer behaviors. As an Innovation Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for dissecting market data, identifying opportunities and challenges, and providing actionable insights to nurture our company's growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, and industry innovations to provide valuable insights
Develop reports and presentations that visually communicate data-driven findings and strategic recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that findings are integrated into product development and marketing strategies
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to support a forward-thinking company culture
Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in data analysis and interpreting market research insights
Familiarity with statistical tools and methodologies
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings effectively
Passion for creativity, innovation, and a strong appreciation for fine jewelry
Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
