Position: Educational Research Specialist

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to develop and implement cutting-edge educational methodologies, conducting in-depth analyses to drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with educators and administrators, leveraging data-driven insights to shape curriculum, instructional strategies, and student support programs. Your contributions will directly impact the learning experience of students across our district.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs
Analyze student performance data and identify trends to inform instructional decision-making
Develop and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and relevant organizations to stay abreast of industry best practices
Provide guidance and support to educational staff in implementing research findings and innovative practices
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning initiatives

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Education, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field
Proven experience in research design, data analysis, and interpretation within an educational context
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and lead change in an educational setting
Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results within set timelines
