We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Sustainable Resource Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable resource management plans
Advise and educate local farmers and communities on sustainable agricultural practices
Collaborate with government agencies and organizations to promote environmentally responsible farming
Conduct research and analysis to support sustainable resource initiatives
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resource management programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, natural resource management, or related field
Proven experience in sustainable resource management or a similar role
Strong understanding of agricultural and rural development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and multi-cultural environment
