Key Responsibilities:

Design and coordinate wellness initiatives and fitness programs
Collaborate with internal teams to promote and support health-related events
Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
Develop and deliver educational workshops on nutrition, exercise, and stress management
Build partnerships with local fitness centers and health professionals
Manage wellness program budget and resources

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Kinesiology, Public Health, or related field
Previous experience in wellness program coordination or related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting healthy lifestyle choices
Ability to create engaging, informative content for wellness initiatives
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in wellness programs
