Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting our industry
Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal and regulatory issues
Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update internal stakeholders accordingly
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field; JD preferred
Proven experience in legal compliance, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
Thorough understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
