As a Project Development Manager at Veneto Green Energy Solutions, you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of our renewable energy projects while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage project development initiatives from inception to completion
Identify and assess potential project sites, evaluating feasibility and risk factors
Coordinate with various stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities
Negotiate contracts and agreements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Develop project timelines and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any setbacks
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Proven track record in project management within the construction, infrastructure, or energy sector
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a focus on fostering teamwork and creativity
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and project development processes
Ability to navigate complex regulatory and permitting processes
Fluency in Italian and English
Experience working in the Veneto region is a plus
