Position: Guest Experience Wellness Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to take on the role of Guest Experience Wellness Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the overall well-being and health of our guests during their stay at our facilities. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized services, creating holistic wellness programs, and ensuring that our guests have access to top-quality wellness amenities and resources.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee wellness programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our guests
Coordinate with internal and external partners to provide high-quality healthcare and wellness services
Educate guests on the benefits of holistic wellness and guide them in utilizing available resources
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall wellness experience
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in wellness to ensure a competitive edge

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Health Science, Wellness Management, Psychology)
Proven experience in designing and implementing wellness programs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A genuine passion for promoting holistic well-being and exceptional guest experience
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
