Position: Adventure Experience Specialist

Location: Aosta Valley, Italy

Job Description:

Create personalized travel experiences for our customers, tailored to their individual needs and desires. Your passion for discovery will be the driving force behind crafting memorable adventures.
Develop and foster strong relationships with potential clients and travel partners to expand our network and promote our unique approach to travel.
Stay informed about industry trends, participate in travel events, and conduct market research to ensure our offerings remain innovative and competitive.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel planning and booking process.
Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our spirit of exploration and commitment to delivering extraordinary experiences.
Contribute to the growth and development of our company culture, sharing your insights and ideas to maintain our position as industry leaders.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or related customer service fields.
A passion for travel and a deep appreciation for uncovering unique experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
Strong organizational abilities and an aptitude for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to innovate and push the boundaries of conventional travel experiences.
Proficiency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
