Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify innovative solutions inspired by nature to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability.
- Collaborate with local communities and farmers to integrate natural principles into rural development projects.
- Develop and implement nature-based techniques to promote biodiversity and ecological balance in rural landscapes.
- Lead educational initiatives to raise awareness about the benefits of nature-inspired practices in agriculture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Sustainable Agriculture, or related fields.
- Proven experience in implementing natural or ecological techniques in agricultural or rural settings.
- Demonstrated passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of ecological systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
