Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices and standards
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance production efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and evaluate process trials and experiments
Analyze data and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and process enhancements

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in process development and optimization within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of quality management systems, process control, and statistical analysis
