Position: Earth Sciences Research Analyst

Job Description:

Conduct advanced research in seismology, volcanology, and geophysics
Analyze data to interpret and predict geological phenomena
Collaborate with fellow scientists to develop innovative methods for seismic and volcanic risk assessment
Contribute to the creation and improvement of geophysical models and tools
Engage in fieldwork and data collection to support research efforts

Requirements:

Master's or PhD in Earth Sciences, Geophysics, Seismology, Volcanology, or related field
Proven experience with geophysical data analysis and interpretation
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, MATLAB, or R
Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
