Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for enhancing well-being and quality of life? We are currently looking for a Health and Wellness Facilitator to join our expanding team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals from various backgrounds, offering guidance and support in their journey towards improved health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitating health and wellness activities and workshops tailored to diverse cultural and linguistic groups
Collaborating with community organizations to promote health and well-being initiatives
Developing personalized health plans that respect individual cultural practices and beliefs
Providing guidance on nutrition, mental health, and lifestyle choices in a culturally sensitive manner

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, public health)
Experience in community health, social services, or related areas
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
A passion for promoting inclusivity and respect for cultural diversity
