Position Overview:

This role involves curating engaging digital content, fostering meaningful connections with our student body, parents, and local community, and ensuring our online platforms reflect the positive and vibrant atmosphere of our schools. The Digital Engagement Specialist will work closely with our team to strategize, implement, and analyze our digital initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative and compelling content for our digital platforms, including social media, website, and other online channels.
Monitor and engage with our online community, building and nurturing relationships.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across platforms.
Analyze data and insights to optimize our digital strategies and enhance user experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital engagement and communication.
Support and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in creating and managing digital content.
Strong understanding of online community management and engagement.
