We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join WaterNSW as a Hydrotherapy Rehabilitation Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the health and well-being of our community through the innovative use of aquatic therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead hydrotherapy programs catering to individuals recovering from sports injuries and surgeries.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop tailored aquatic rehabilitation plans.
Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout their aquatic therapy sessions.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and the effectiveness of hydrotherapy interventions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing hydrotherapy programs.
Certification in Aquatic Therapy and First Aid/CPR.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
A genuine passion for empowering individuals to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
