We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Skärgårdsidyllen in Sweden's Västernorrlands län. Our company is dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of the archipelago while providing high-quality experiences for our visitors. We are currently seeking a Conservation Experience Coordinator to further our commitment to sustainable tourism.
Conservation Experience Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing eco-friendly excursions and activities
- Working closely with local environmental organizations to support conservation efforts
- Educating guests on sustainable and responsible travel practices
- Developing partnerships with eco-conscious suppliers and vendors
- Conducting environmental impact assessments and implementing improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
- A passion for environmental preservation and sustainable tourism
- Experience in event planning, outdoor education, or environmental advocacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Swedish (additional languages a plus)
