Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
Proven experience in a talent acquisition, staffing, or related role within a cutting-edge technical environment.
Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies, including ATS systems and various sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse talent pools effectively.
