Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, plan, and execute cutting-edge research initiatives
Lead a team of dedicated researchers towards groundbreaking developments
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to drive collaborative research efforts
Oversee the implementation of state-of-the-art laboratory methodologies and procedures
Develop and enhance scientific protocols and procedures in line with industry best practices
Contribute to the development of research strategies and long-term objectives for the organization
Effectively communicate research findings through presentations, publications, and conferences
Provide mentorship and guidance for junior researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of scientific innovation

Requirements:

Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing research projects
Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation
Extensive experience in utilizing advanced laboratory equipment and technologies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
Adept at fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
Strong commitment to ethical and responsible research practices
Fluency in English; an additional language is a plus
