We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our team as an Immersive Creativity Coordinator. At Neuchâtel Language School, we believe in the power of creativity and art to enhance language learning. As the Immersive Creativity Coordinator, you will be responsible for infusing artistic and design elements into our language programs, creating an environment that inspires and motivates our students.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing creative language learning activities that incorporate art and design principles
Collaborating with language instructors to integrate visual and tactile art components into the curriculum
Organizing art-focused events and workshops to showcase student work and creativity
Maintaining and expanding our network of local artists and designers for potential collaborations
Assessing and documenting the impact of art-infused language learning on student engagement and progress
Staying updated on trends in art, design, and language education to continuously enhance our programs

Requirements:

A strong background in art, design, or a related creative field
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing creative programs, preferably in an educational context
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for language education and a belief in the transformative power of art in learning
Fluency in English and at least one other language is preferable
Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
