As a Legal Strategy and Compliance Specialist, you'll be a pivotal part of our innovative and entrepreneurial environment, where your expertise will help drive our company's legal initiatives to new heights.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement legal strategies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Advise on contractual matters related to business operations, including negotiations and drafting.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide proactive legal support and identify potential risks.
Create and maintain policies and procedures to support vital compliance initiatives.
Stay informed about legal developments relevant to our industry and provide recommendations accordingly.
Conduct internal audits to assess and monitor compliance levels across the organization.
Participate in the development and delivery of legal training programs for employees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in a legal role within a corporate or business environment.
Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a bonus.
