Arctic Natural Foods, a leading entity in the Western Region, Iceland, is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Compliance and Regulation Officer. As a Compliance and Regulation Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining legal integrity and adherence to regulatory frameworks within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement internal policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct regular assessments to identify areas of potential legal risk and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and provide guidance on legal matters.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and communicate impacts on the business to senior management.
Handle legal documentation, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage and respond to regulatory inquiries and audits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in a compliance, regulatory, or related role.
In-depth knowledge of legal requirements and regulations pertaining to the industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
