Position: Visual Transformation Specialist

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Role Description:

Implement visual communication strategies for our railway development projects and corporate communications
Develop innovative graphic designs, illustrations, and visual content for digital and print media
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
Supervise and participate in the production of visual assets, including photography, videos, and animations
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to our visual identity

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
Proven experience in graphic design, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and conceptual design thinking
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Effective communication and teamwork skills
