About the Role:

Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
Conduct market research and analysis to drive strategic planning and decision-making.
Create and present compelling business proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments in the industry.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record in business development, including successful negotiation and deal-closing experience.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
