We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Sustainable Land Management Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting sustainable agricultural practices, fostering environmental stewardship and supporting the livelihood of our local farmers.
As a Sustainable Land Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the productivity and sustainability of agricultural land in the Liguria region. You will work closely with local farmers, offering expertise in soil conservation, water management, and biodiversity preservation. Additionally, you will collaborate with our agricultural partners to integrate advanced technologies aimed at optimizing resource utilization and minimizing environmental impact.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy, soil science, or related fields, coupled with demonstrated experience in sustainable land management. A profound understanding of local agricultural practices and challenges is essential. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide guidance and training to farmers, empowering them to adopt sustainable methods.
