As part of our team, you will lead and coordinate security activities to safeguard our personnel and facilities. Your expertise in risk assessment, crisis management, and security protocols will be crucial in developing and maintaining a safe and efficient operational environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage security strategies and procedures
Oversee security operations and procedures
Assess and mitigate risks through proactive planning
Lead security teams and coordinate with external agencies
Conduct regular security assessments and audits
Stay abreast of security trends and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive security measures
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience in security or risk management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of security protocols, technologies, and best practices
Ability to assess and mitigate potential risks
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in crisis management and emergency response
Relevant certification in security management is preferred
Experience in military or law enforcement is advantageous
