Landratsamt Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cultural Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our vibrant community and support the development of a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organize multicultural events and activities to promote cross-cultural understanding
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to create diverse vacation packages and experiences
- Facilitate partnerships with cultural groups to showcase the rich diversity of our region
- Develop and implement strategies to attract a wide range of visitors from various cultural backgrounds
- Provide guidance and support to travelers seeking authentic cultural experiences
- Contribute to the promotion of a multicultural environment within the tourism industry
Requirements:
- Passion for multiculturalism and inclusion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of various cultural traditions and customs
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and groups
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
