We are looking for a Regional Expansion Manager to join our team at Veneto-Friuli Fine Arts Gallery in beautiful Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy. As a Regional Expansion Manager, your primary focus will be to strategically expand our presence and influence, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships to enhance the reach and impact of our gallery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and developing new market opportunities in line with our gallery's vision and values.
Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential partners and stakeholders to build a network of support and collaboration.
Developing and implementing regional expansion strategies to drive growth and recognition of our gallery within the art community.
Leading the assessment of potential locations for new gallery installations, including negotiating lease agreements and managing the setup process.
Collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless integration of new gallery locations into our existing framework.
Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in strategic business development and partnership management, ideally within the arts or cultural sector.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster trust and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
