We are looking for a Regional Expansion Manager to join our team at Veneto-Friuli Fine Arts Gallery in beautiful Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy. As a Regional Expansion Manager, your primary focus will be to strategically expand our presence and influence, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships to enhance the reach and impact of our gallery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new market opportunities in line with our gallery's vision and values.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential partners and stakeholders to build a network of support and collaboration.
- Developing and implementing regional expansion strategies to drive growth and recognition of our gallery within the art community.
- Leading the assessment of potential locations for new gallery installations, including negotiating lease agreements and managing the setup process.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless integration of new gallery locations into our existing framework.
- Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in strategic business development and partnership management, ideally within the arts or cultural sector.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster trust and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
