Job Title: Wellness Engagement Specialist
We are currently seeking a Wellness Engagement Specialist who will play a crucial role in promoting healthy living and fostering active lifestyles within our community. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, educate them about wellness initiatives, and inspire them to pursue a healthier way of life. Your influence will extend beyond the walls of our store, making a positive impact on individuals and families across the region.

Responsibilities:

Develop and lead wellness programs to encourage healthy habits and physical activity
Engage with customers to discuss and recommend wellness products and services
Collaborate with local fitness and health organizations to promote community engagement
Contribute to the creation and implementation of wellness-focused events and activities
Act as a wellness ambassador, representing our commitment to healthy living both in-store and at community events

Qualifications:

Possess a genuine passion for health, wellness, and promoting active lifestyles
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
Knowledge of wellness trends, fitness activities, and health-related products is a plus
