Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the innovation and development of advanced vehicle technologies through research and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies to drive product development.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on materials, processes, and systems to enhance vehicle performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art facilities and equipment to prototype and test new concepts and designs.
  • Analyze data and present findings to support technological advancements and project decision-making processes.
  • Stay current with industry developments and maintain a deep knowledge of relevant advancements in vehicle technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
  • Proven experience in innovative research, product development, or a related field within the automotive, aerospace, or defense industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of materials science, vehicle dynamics, and emerging technology trends.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools; experience with software such as ANSYS, CATIA, or similar is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and technical information.
