Rustic Crust, located in the heart of New Hampshire, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Event Coordinator. As an Event Coordinator at Rustic Crust, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing engaging and memorable events that bring people together through the love of food and community.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute various events that align with our brand identity and values.
Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning and execution.
Work closely with marketing and communications teams to create compelling event messaging and promotions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and relevant community organizations.
Oversee post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
Proven experience in event planning, preferably within the food industry or related sectors.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
