As a Data Insights Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing and making sense of the vast amount of information we collect, helping drive our organization's success. You'll work closely with our team to identify trends, develop reports, and provide actionable intelligence to guide our marketing and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze data to identify opportunities and trends that drive strategic decisions
Prepare and deliver reports on market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify information needs and help shape data collection strategies
Develop and maintain data models and visualization tools to communicate insights effectively

Requirements:

Proven experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
