We are looking for an Environmental Stewardship Advocate:

As an Environmental Stewardship Advocate at Cantina Sociale di San Valentino, you will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to promoting sustainable practices, ecological consciousness, and environmental responsibility within our operations and the community. Your role will involve fostering a deep understanding of the delicate balance between agricultural productivity and environmental preservation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact during agricultural activities.
Educate and engage with local farmers and community members in sustainable farming practices.
Research and introduce innovative, environmentally friendly techniques for vineyard management and production processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and certifications.
Represent the organization in environmental advocacy efforts and community outreach programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, or related fields.
Proven experience in promoting environmental sustainability within the agricultural sector.
Familiarity with organic farming, biodiversity conservation, and ecological restoration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others towards environmental stewardship.
