As a Community Wellness Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting and ensuring the health and wellness of our citizens. Your responsibilities will include organizing community health events, establishing partnerships with local healthcare providers, conducting outreach programs, and spearheading initiatives to enhance healthcare accessibility within our vibrant city.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with local healthcare facilities to provide resources and information to enhance public health awareness.
Develop and manage community-wide wellness programs and events to encourage healthy lifestyles.
Implement and oversee initiatives to ensure equitable access to healthcare services for all of Independence's residents.
Act as a liaison between the City of Independence and various healthcare organizations to foster cooperative efforts in improving public health in our community.

Qualifications
