Position: Data Insight and Performance Analyst

Location: KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa

We are seeking a talented individual to join our research and analytical team. As a Data Insight and Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports. Your work will directly contribute to our strategic decision-making and overall performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
Developing performance metrics and KPIs to measure success of various research initiatives
Providing actionable insights to support strategic planning and decision-making
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or related fields
Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
