We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Solution Architect at Nicholas and Company. As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering innovative technological solutions that will drive our company forward. This position provides an incredible opportunity to apply your expertise in crafting robust and scalable IT solutions within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and develop high-quality, sustainable software architectures
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices
- Evaluate new technologies and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure system scalability and security
- Assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
- Proven experience in software design and architecture
- Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment
- Experience with cloud technologies will be an advantage
