We Are Seeking a Performance Enhancement Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Enhancement Specialist to contribute toward our mission of promoting health and wellness in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Your Role:

Develop custom training programs to optimize athletes’ performance.
Conduct assessments and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.
Collaborate with coaches and trainers to execute comprehensive training strategies.
Stay informed about the latest developments in sports science and injury prevention.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience working with athletes to improve their physical performance.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural setting.
