Your Role: As a Community Wellness Coordinator, you will be responsible for advancing community health initiatives, creating partnerships with wellness organizations, and implementing proactive measures that positively impact the well-being of our community members. You will be utilizing your skills to develop and execute programs that foster a healthier lifestyle for our employees and their families, making a substantive contribution to our shared social responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement health and wellness programs tailored to the needs of our community.
Conduct assessments and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in community well-being.
Collaborate with local healthcare organizations and community groups to create sustainable wellness initiatives.
Provide education and resources to promote health awareness and foster a culture of well-being within our company.
Organize and manage community wellness events and initiatives to engage our employees and local residents.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Wellness Promotion, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in community health and wellness development or related social initiatives.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain partnerships with healthcare organizations, local authorities, and community groups.
Strong organizational abilities and the capability to lead wellness projects from inception to implementation.
A genuine passion for social responsibility and a commitment to creating positive change within communities.
