Arctic Whale Tours is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an Operations Health Specialist. As the leading provider of whale watching experiences in Troms og Finnmark, Norway, our company is committed to ensuring the well-being and safety of our guests, staff, and the natural environment we operate in.

Position: Operations Health Specialist

Location: Troms og Finnmark, Norway

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement health and safety protocols to ensure a secure and hygienic environment for our guests and staff.
Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of facilities and equipment to maintain healthcare standards.
Provide training and guidance to staff regarding health and safety procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with external health organizations to stay updated on industry best practices and regulations.
Monitor and manage health-related incidents and concerns with a proactive approach.
Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures related to health and safety.
Assist in emergency response planning and execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
