Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate exciting and unique team-building activities and off-site retreats
Manage relationships with local attractions and event venues to create exclusive experiences for our employees and partners
Organize and execute special corporate events, from concept to implementation and follow-up evaluation
Develop and maintain an engaging employee rewards program, ensuring that our team feels valued and appreciated
Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the overall experience for employees and visitors alike

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field
Proven experience in organizing events or managing guest experiences within the hospitality or related industry
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
