Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers
- Implement strategies to expand our product range while maintaining high quality
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Contribute to the cooperative’s strategic planning process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, product management, or related roles
- Strong understanding of the food industry, particularly in a cooperative or franchise model
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
