About the Role

As a Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of regulatory compliance within the airline industry. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that our operations and practices are in full accordance with the laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability
Keep abreast of industry regulations and provide guidance to the organization
Interface with regulatory agencies and manage compliance-related communications
Provide training and support to the broader team on compliance matters
Participate in the development of risk management strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance and/or legal affairs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
An understanding of the aviation industry (preferred)
Relevant certifications (preferred)
