Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a scientific or technical discipline
- Demonstrated experience in experimental design and execution
- Proven track record in pioneering new approaches within the research and development space
- Excellent analytical skills and a passion for discovering new frontiers
- Effective communicator with the ability to present complex data with clarity
- Fluency in English and German
