As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the legal landscape surrounding renewable energy technology, helping to ensure that our company maintains the highest standards of compliance and governance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with local and international regulations.
Stay abreast of changing legal requirements and advise on necessary actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in product development, marketing, and sales processes.
Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Provide guidance and support in contractual matters, including reviewing and drafting agreements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in regulatory compliance within the technology or energy sector.
Excellent understanding of German and EU legal frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate legal concepts effectively across different departments.
Fluency in English and German.
