As an Expansion Development Manager at Albuquerque Academy, you will play a key role in propelling our business to greater heights while fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze potential growth opportunities for our network of educational establishments
Develop and nurture relationships with prospective partners and stakeholders
Formulate and implement strategic plans for the expansion of our educational programs and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities
Lead efforts to maintain and enhance the quality and reputation of our educational offerings
Regularly assess and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and other relevant stakeholders
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, project management, or a related role within the education or related industry
Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships and negotiate partnerships
Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
A strategic mindset with a keen eye for identifying and seizing growth opportunities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in utilizing relevant tools and software for analytical and reporting purposes
Willingness to travel as necessary to cultivate partnerships and oversee expansion initiatives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while taking initiative to drive projects forward
