Collaborate with our culinary team to create exceptional menu items and enhance the overall dining experience.
Source and research ingredients to develop new and exciting culinary offerings with a focus on respectful and sustainable practices.
Provide expertise on the nutritional benefits and historical significance of animal-derived ingredients in traditional Mediterranean cuisine.

Qualifications:

Proven culinary experience with a strong emphasis on the understanding and utilization of animal-derived ingredients.
